Project Management

Our Project Management team works with clients to ensure appropriate planning and realistic timelines and budgets. Our process includes scheduled stakeholder meetings as well as well documented project reports and equipment logs, drawings and schedules.

Design & Drafting

Our design and drafting department work directly the architects, and construction managers of our clients to develop custom solutions and meet complex structural requirements. Our approach allows for efficient coordination in order to avoid expensive on-site issues.

Fabrication

We use modern equipment and tools to prefabricate pipe in our shop and deliver complex and precise fittings to our clients on time and with exact specifications in mind.

Maintenance

Our job is to make sure you don’t have to worry about your equipment through Preventive Maintenance Contract Agreements. Our maintenance staff is trained, equipment and certified for all major manufacturer units and specialize in the high-rise verticals in existing and new construction buildings.

Installation

We are well seasoned in coordinating the best strategy for transporting and install our HVAC systems of all size and complexity to the tallest and tightest spots in New York. By prioritizing the coordination of rigging plans and handling equipment routes carefully we are able to be confident in our plans and schedules
